At Well Rounded Events, we believe life’s best moments happen around food. Whether it’s a small business meeting, a baby shower, a celebration with friends, or even a random Thursday, good food has a way of bringing people together.
Our goal is simple: make gatherings feel special without making them complicated. From boxed lunches and grazing tables to charcuterie boards and casual celebrations, we help groups of all sizes enjoy great food in a way that fits their style, their space, and their budget.

Meet Tonya
The Heart Behind Well Rounded Events
Hi there! I’m Tonya. For as long as I can remember, my kitchen — no matter how small — has been the center of every gathering, from joyful celebrations to quiet moments with friends and family.
Food has always been the thread that connects people. Whether you’re celebrating something special, supporting someone through a difficult time, hosting a business meeting, enjoying a happy hour, or gathering around the TV for a football watch party, food has a way of bringing people together.
With more than 40 years in the hospitality industry, I spent the last decade as the Director of Catering for Garozzo’s Ristorante, where I executed somewhere in the neighborhood of 3,000 events — from intimate gatherings of 10 guests to large dinners for more than 650. I wouldn’t trade those experiences for the world. The knowledge I gained and the incredible people I met along the way helped shape the foundation for what would eventually become Well Rounded Events.
At heart, I simply love bringing people together. Whether it’s friends stopping by and putting together a few snacks or hosting a celebration for 250 of my closest friends, food has always been my way of creating connection. Well Rounded Events grew out of that passion — a way to help others gather, celebrate, and care for the people in their lives through great food.
Today, Well Rounded Events provides thoughtful catering for everything from morning meetings and lunch & learns to celebrations, seasonal gatherings, and intentional food gifts for life’s meaningful moments. My goal is simple: make great food, take care of the details, and make the process easy for every client we serve.

Many caterers focus only on large events, but we enjoy helping groups of all sizes come together over great food. From intimate gatherings to large celebrations, our goal is the same: make the experience welcoming, thoughtful, and easy.
We can create everything from casual grazing tables and boxed lunches to buffets, family-style meals, and larger catered events. What excites us most is helping people connect and celebrate around the table.

How I Got Here & Why I Love a Good Party
Funny story: I once catered my own five-year high school reunion and swore I’d never cater again. It was exhausting! But life has a funny way of bringing you full circle, right? After years of working in restaurants (and climbing my way through college), I landed as the Director of Catering at Garozzo’s for 11 years. I knew nothing about catering when I started, but by the end, I’d executed thousands of events—and I guess I was hooked!
Hospitality’s always been in my blood, and I’ve always loved bringing people together. Whether it’s Halloween parties for 200, Christmas open houses for 100, Super Bowl parties, or just a regular Thursday, my motto is "Sure, come on over!" At the end of the day, it’s all about sharing food and making memories. And that’s exactly what Well Rounded Events is here to do—for whatever reason (or no reason at all).
